Hey Susan,

Your one sentence post said it all. I've been feeling exactly that lately. The funny thing is I've been getting anxious that I may not have enough sleep and it keeps me awake! The more I want to sleep the more I can't. Strange.

The best solution I've found so far is to drink a nice warm cup of Chamomile or Mint tea. Sleepytime from Celestial Seasonings is a favourite now. =)

Thanks for the tip... It will definitely be worth the while..I've tried chamomile.. and bought Lavender aromatherapy..

Perhaps growing a herb garden in our very own homes is the way to go..:)
